1. What types of EV chargers do you sell?

We offer a range of EV chargers including Level 1, Level 2, and select DC fast chargers. Our collection includes both portable and wall-mounted options, compatible with most electric vehicles sold in the U.S.


2. How do I know which charger is compatible with my vehicle?

Most EVs in North America use a J1772 connector for Level 1 and Level 2 charging. Tesla vehicles require an adapter (included with most Teslas). Check your vehicle’s manual or contact us if you’re unsure — we’ll help you choose the right charger.


3. What’s the difference between Level 1, Level 2, and DC Fast Charging?

- Level 1: Uses a standard 120V outlet. Adds ~3–5 miles of range per hour.

- Level 2: Uses a 240V outlet (like a dryer plug). Adds ~20–40 miles of range per hour.

- DC Fast Charging: Commercial-grade chargers that can charge most EVs to 80% in 20–40 minutes.

For home use, Level 2 is the most popular and efficient option.


4. Do I need a professional to install my charger?

For Level 2 chargers, yes — a licensed electrician is recommended. They’ll ensure your electrical panel can handle the charger’s load and install the proper outlet or hardwired connection safely.


5. Can I install a Level 2 charger myself?

If your charger is plug-in type (NEMA 14-50 or 6-50) and you already have the correct outlet installed, you can simply plug it in. Otherwise, professional installation is required.


6. Are your chargers eligible for tax credits or rebates?

Yes! Many states and utility companies offer rebates and incentives for EV charger purchases and installations. Additionally, the Federal EV Charger Tax Credit (30%) may apply. Check your local programs or Energy.gov’s rebate database for details.


7. Do your chargers work with Tesla vehicles?

Yes. With a Tesla adapter (included with most Tesla models), our Level 1 and Level 2 chargers work seamlessly with Tesla vehicles.


8. What’s included with my charger purchase?

Each charger includes:

- Charging unit

- Mounting hardware

- User manual

- Warranty (varies by brand and model)

Some models also include WiFi or Bluetooth smart app control.


9. What’s your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused chargers in original packaging. If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for a free replacement or refund.


10. Do you offer warranties?

Yes — most chargers come with a 2–3 year manufacturer warranty. You can find specific warranty details on each product page.


11. How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location within the U.S. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.


12. Do you ship outside the U.S.?
